Fia Goudes is a theatre technician currently based out of the Triad in North Carolina.

From a young age, Fia has possessed a passion for creative expression. This has sparked a lifelong exploration across mediums, spanning both traditional and performing arts and landing solidly within the realm of theatre. At present, Fia works professionally as a designer and technician, participates in community theatre as a performer, and writes and composes musicals in their spare time.

Fia is a member of IATSE Local 574, with whom they work as a stagehand, as an A2, and as a spotlight operator. On occasion, they also serve as substitute head audio at the Tanger Center. Most recently, Fia mixed Young Frankenstein, designed lights for Twelfth Night the Musical, and designed sound for A Wrinkle in Time in the community.
